Once you have spoken with your local Project Discovery Coordinator, he or she will approve your registration. Once the registration has been approved, return to this page and, using your user name and password, log in to the Project Discovery web site, come to this page and fill in the application.
Once your application is complete and saved, you will be returned to this page. Fill out the Medical Information and Permission Form. This printed form MUST be signed by BOTH the student and their parent/legal guardian.
Print the Medical Information and Permission Form. BOTH the student and their parent/legal guardian. Give the signed form to your local Project Discovery coordinator.
Project Discovery Application
The application for Project Discovery is a 4-step process:
Fill in the registration form and choose a user name and password.
Be sure to select "Student" from the list of roles if you are interested in applying for Project Discovery.
Keep track of your user name and password; you will need them later.
Once you have registered, the local Project Discovery coordinator will get in touch with you; you will be able to continue with the application process once they have approved your registration information.
