Project Discovery Application


The application for Project Discovery is a 4-step process:

Fill in the registration form and choose a user name and password. Be sure to select "Student" from the list of roles if you are interested in applying for Project Discovery. Keep track of your user name and password; you will need them later.

Once you have registered, the local Project Discovery coordinator will get in touch with you; you will be able to continue with the application process once they have approved your registration information.

Step 3: Medical/Permission Form
Click here to enter medical, insurance, and emergency contact information.
 
Step 4: Print Medical/Permission Form
