Like all organizations, Project Discovery runs on the hard work and dedication of many people. Coordinators, staff and volunteers all contribute to the success of the program. But the fuel that makes this engine run is money. And like all organizations there are forms to fill out and paperwork that must be completed. The following forms are the forms that partner agencies need to fill out and report to the central office each month. These forms can be copied onto your own internal computers, kept in your Project Discovery Website space, or copied each month from this site. However you choose to handle your reporting is up to you.
